In a little more than a century, Bothell evolved from an isolated logging village into a multi-faceted, full-service city with a resident population of 32,000 and a workforce of over 17,000 employees. Bothell has become a suburban bedroom community and a regional employment center.

At the top of Lake Washington lies Bothell. With easy access to I-5 down to Seattle for those Friday night Mariners games and concerts or head southeast to Bellevue and Kirkland for a night on the town with exquisite dining and shows. Whatever you need you have a quick commute from the Bothell real estate area.
Bothell has wonderful places to eat, shop and play. The Bothell Country Village is one of our favorites in that it's open year round with a variety of local, seasonal and artisan exhibits and shops.
Bothell is also home to Cascadia Community College and the University of Washington / Bothell Campus. Cascadia CC is known as the 2nd best community college in the nation. Bothell is part of the Northshore School district and includes private schools such as the Heritage Christian Academy.
With so many local and annual events, Bothell Washington is the place to be. The City of Bothell puts on an annual Freedom Festival celebrated for two days around July 4th. Bothell also puts on Music in the Park concerts every Friday in July and August at the Bothell Landing Amphitheater. We also have arts and crafts fairs, Riverfest, The summits of Bothell Bike Ride, Harvest Festivals and pumpkin carving, La Fiesta Viva, and the Tree Lighting ceremony in Winter.
